Delivery and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

DELIVERY IN CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL

When you place an order at Singular you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order to be automatically entered into our system. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 2 working days after payment confirmation (fresh boilies), it can take up to 5 working days due to the quantity of orders. Shelf-life boilies, only and exclusively if there is no stock in our warehouse may take up to 5 days.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE PORTUGAL

For countries outside Portugal, delivery times may take a maximum of 5 working days, so we advise only the acquisition of shelf-life boilies, Soluble or cured.

All other products are shelf-life, which does not prevent loss of quality in transit. Therefore we do not advise you to order only fresh boilies from outside Portugal.

Carrier

We use DPD Local for our deliveries.

With DPD we guarantee that orders in mainland Portugal take less than 24h from pick up to delivery to you, guaranteeing the freshness of the product.

DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS, YOU CAN

Change the delivery date.

Ask the driver to leave your order in a safe place.

Upgrade your delivery to a different service, such as next day or Saturday delivery. (please note that there will be an additional service charge from DPD)

Arrange for delivery to a DPD collection station.

Request that your delivery is left with a neighbour - either a specific person or whoever is at home in your street.

DELIVERY ZONES AND COST

These zones are defined by our DPD courier

Zone 0: Standard areas of mainland Portugal and Spain and France .

The delivery for this zone is fixed by GLS with their own tax rate.

Orders over 100 euros have free shipping to mainland Portugal and Spain and France.
